- Redirect your package to be held at a FedEx location for up to 10 days for FedEx Ground shipments and up to 5 days for FedEx Express shipments free of charge.

- Sign for the package electronically on your phone or computer if the signature required is an indirect signature. Electronic signatures cannot be used on deliveries that require an adult or direct signature.

You may cancel your custom order in 24 hours.
A bespoke and custom piece is handmade especially for you, so once production starts it can't be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on Ready To Ship Items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To return an item please email chiajewelry02@gmail.com.- Made to Order Items, Custom Made Items (including engraved pieces and special ring sizes) and Bespoke Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Items must be returned in new, unused, unaltered condition and in the original packaging with everything we provided such as packaging box, pouch and warranty card should be all included.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Made to Order Items, Custom Made Items (including engraved pieces and special ring sizes) and Bespoke Items cannot be exchanged or returned.

We accept return only on Ready To Ship Items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.- We will not refund shipping costs.
- Please note card refunds may take days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.

If the item is damaged or we made a mistake, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your piece and we will send you a replacement.
To send request please email chiajewelry02@gmail.com.- You will be responsible for shipping the merchandise to us and we will cover the shipping of the replacement.
- We must receive the defective pieces within 14 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
