We accept returns on Ready To Ship Items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To return an item please email us.

  • Made to Order Items, Custom Made Items (including engraved pieces and special ring sizes) and Bespoke Items cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

  • Items must be returned in new, unused, unaltered condition and in the original packaging with everything we provided such as packaging box, pouch and warranty card should be all included.  

  • Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.



We accept return and refund only on Ready To Ship Items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • We will not refund shipping costs.

  • Please note card refunds may take days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.


If the item is damaged or we made a mistake, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your piece and we will send you a replacement.

  • You will be responsible for shipping the merchandise to us and we will cover the shipping of the replacement.

  • We must receive the defective pieces within 14 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
